Hi! My name is Ksenia (/'ksɛ-niːə/ or Kah-SEN-ee-uh), and I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the State University of New York at New Paltz. My work examines research questions at the intersection of emerging technologies and social impact. I explore the psychological processes consumers experience when interacting with technology. My core interests are: (1) understanding how technology influences consumer behaviour, (2) exploring how technology can improve consumer well-being, and (3) identifying how we can utilize technology to benefit society.
I hold a Ph.D. in Marketing from Drexel University, a MScM in Retail Management from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), a BComm in Retail Management from Toronto Metropolitan University, and a BSc in Life Sciences from the University of Toronto.
